Participation Guidelines
- The sale order may change at any time at the discretion of the auctioneer. Attendees are encouraged to arrive prior to the scheduled auction.
- There will be a designated area within the courtyard for active bidding.
- While in the active bidding area we request that you observe the recommended social distancing standards of 6 feet apart and abide by all CDC guidelines related to masks.
- If you are not actively bidding on a unit for sale we ask that you excuse yourself from the bidding area, but stay within hearing distance for the announcement of the next unit to be bid on.
- If you are the winning bid for a unit(s) you will need to schedule a time with our representatives to complete payment and all paper work. All payments and paperwork will be processed at the courthouse. It is recommended that participants come prepared to make payment at the time of purchase. Please note that NO cash will be accepted, you may review our accepted methods of payment below.
- Once you have made your appointment and left your contact information. We are asking that you leave the courtyard to allow for more bidders to participate.
The Trustee Sale/Auction can be stopped at anytime by an authority of the state including, but not limited to Salt Lake City Police Officer if they deem the gathering for the auction to be out of compliance with regulations set forth by the City of Salt Lake and the State of Utah. In the event, that the auction is stopped prior to all units being auctioned we will determine a new date for the auction to continue.
METHOD OF SALE: Public auction - Units sold to highest bidder
METHOD OF PAYMENT: credit card (there is a 2.5% surcharge for all credit card payments), debit card (no surcharge), cashier's checks, or travelers' checks, only. Have cashier's checks made payable to the order or Iron Blosam Owners' Association. NO cash will be accepted.
BIDDING INFORMATION IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND: You may designate an agent to be present for you.
Your agent should know in which name(s) and how the new deed(s) should be recorded.

RECORDING DEEDS: If you should purchase a unit(s), Iron Blosam Owners' Association will have the new deed(s) prepared and recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder's office for $50.00 per week/unit and subsequently mail the recorded deeds to each owner after a copy has been made for Iron Blosam's records. Please be prepared to give directive on how you wish title to be conveyed.
Once you purchase a unit at the sale, it will be cleared of any outstanding Iron Blosam Owners' Association lien and maintenance fee balances due.
