Policies

  • Occupancy of the owner units begins at 4:00 pm. However, the final completion of housekeeping services may continue past that time. Units may only be occupied when housekeeping services are complete.
  • Check-out is 10:00 am
  • An adult (minimum age 21) must register and be in residence the entire length of the stay
  • Absolutely no pets allowed
  • All units and common areas of the Iron Blosam are non-smoking
  • Due to parking limitations, please make arrangements to park RV's and trailers
  • No barbecues allowed
  • A complete list of house rules is available at the front desk

The Board is responsible for establishing House Rules which are necessary for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the Project as well as for the comfort and convenience of all the Owners and occupants. The Board has decided to implement a No-Smoking Policy. In addition to promoting the health and safety of non-smoking Owners and staff, implementing a No-Smoking Policy will reduce long term maintenance costs and is likely to reduce the overall cost of insurance.
