The Board is responsible for establishing House Rules which are necessary for the safety, care, and cleanliness of the Project as well as for the comfort and convenience of all the Owners and occupants. The Board has decided to implement a No-Smoking Policy. In addition to promoting the health and safety of non-smoking Owners and staff, implementing a No-Smoking Policy will reduce long term maintenance costs and is likely to reduce the overall cost of insurance.
